411 - Security personnel have a responsibility to act prudently on behalf of the Company in matters related to the law. Human Resources Management responsible for security outside of the United Sates must define, in writing, the principles applying in their country. These principles must cover the general areas covered in the Security Manual Policies and Procedures, and must be approved by the Office of the General Counsel (OGC) representative for the respective country and the Director of Global Security and Fire. Security must be advised of the Company policy regarding powers of arrest, use of physical force, and the handling of violence in the workplace. Security personnel are not authorized to accept the service of a subpoena or process upon the Company and officers, and the should not accept service or garnishment. The server of the garnishment should be referred to the Payroll Coordinator or Controller. The repossession of employee's automobiles or other property is not allowed on Company property.
