Job Responsibilities:-
Initiate, develop and implement activation plans. Provide effective training to enhance plan for Customer Service team to increase product knowledge and service excellence
Implement full cycle of Training program from training need analysis, conducting training course both in house and public training and implementing training evaluation for Customer Service team to ensure that customer satisfaction is improved continuously
Create and provide the follow up program to evaluate training effectiveness to ensure that knowledge and skill set have deployed to their operation works
Initiate, develop and provide training materials both soft skill and hard skill to nationwide staff
Qualifications:-
Thai nationality Only, age not over 30 years old
Bachelor's Degree or higher in HRM or HRD, Psychology or other related fields
0 - 5 years’ experience in Customer Service Training or Training and Development which is in service business is preferable. Fresh graduate also welcome
Mature, dynamic and service mind, together with ability to work well under pressure
Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of spoken and written English as well as computer skills
