As per your conversation with Khun Orn, please kindly find the attached for the contract template and please carefully review all supplement charges, terms and condition, and etc. if everything is correct.
Once the contract is set up in our system, you then can update rates, allotment, stop sale, minimum stay, etc. through our extranet or your channel manager. You will see that meal rate, extra bed prices and other supplement charges are marked up 25% plus discount that apply in each contract. If you take those charges – 25% and – discount that apply in each contract, you will get the price that we will give to the hotel.
I have put discount in each contract which means you need to put the full rate before discount and apply the discounts in each contract.
Please note that our room names in our system have been changed, so please do not map with the existing contract and just map the new contract as I set the new contract to start from 05 May 2016 – 31 Oct 2018.
If everything in the contract is correct, appreciate if you can sign all pages and send back a scanned copy to us as soon as possible as it is important for us to start selling your hotel as soon as possible.
