In the part of carcass percentage,the data was analyzed with a repeated measures ANOVA and compares the data with a Duncan’s New multiple range test.
the results showed that Fah Luang has carcass percentage (excluding of shanks and head - neck) highest. (62.90%). And Papasoong has total entrails percentage is highest (25.06%).
But Chee Fah and Fah Luang have percentage of breast meat and thigh is highest (14.03, 13.84 กับ 12.40 และ 12.80% respectively).
