From the separation of antagonistic microorganisms can separate the 10 isolate. The test against fungi Fusarium sp Dual-culture method was found to be 1 isolate. Can inhibit the growth of fungal hyphae, high 83.57% when looked at under a microscope showed that as the mold Trichoderma sp. GANAF1 mechanisms of inhibition to produce antibiotics to inhibit the growth of fiber. Fusarium SP has created the prosperous fiber cover and occupied area, fast food fiber of fungi Fusarium SP grow slowly, then the mold. Trichoderma sp. GANAF1 produce formula powder to test the control Bipolaris maydis .Evaluation of the disease at the level 0 but corn looks dry. Experimental results show that the Trichoderma sp.
