The demographics of the interview sample were representative of the survey population. The majority of the participants work in general education without any teacher support (by a specialized vision teacher) (57.5%) and have a general teaching experience ranging from 7 to 23 years and a teaching visually impaired students experience from >0 to 8 years. Only 30% of the teachers has certified knowledge of Braille and 36,6% has attended a seminar or holds Masters degrees on special education.
