1. Greets and meet customers at meeting point or reception counter.
2. Accompany customers to check]in counter and assists them to immigration fast
track lane in a polite and professional manner.
3. Inviting customer to the lounge, request an invitation card or boarding pass for
receptionist to record the passenger details and escorting to appropriate seats.
4. Keep all customers informed or their flight departure time and any other
information pertaining to their flight.
5. Invited and Escort customer to boarding and extend farewell wish with using
passenger’s name.
6. Stand]by a reception counter for escorting customer to immigrate fast track.
7. Stand]by at lounge for service passenger who is using lounge.
8. Ensure to cleaning table and sofa when passenger depart.
9. Ensure all working areas are tidy and clean.
10. Read and initial pass]on log book.
11. Read customer list of today at the beginning of the shift.
12. Maintain appropriate standard and procedures, dress hygiene, uniform and
