First, peel six potatoes. Next, boil the potatoes for about fifteen minutes. Then pour the water out of the pan and put the cooked potato cubes in a bowl. Cut the potatoes into one-inch cubes. After that, pour four table spoons of olive oil over the cooked potato and stir well. Add one teaspoon of vinegar and some salt and black pepper and stir some more. Finally, sever the potato salad warm or cold.
