The purpose of this independent study was to study the factors affecting the job performance satisfaction and the relationship between these factors and the job performance satisfaction of employees in Government Saving Bank Zonal 2 in Chiangmai.
The Samples consisted of 140 partcipants who were empolyees of Government Saving Bank Zonal 2 in Chiangmai, and the questionnaire was used as an instrument for data collection. Description statistics used for data analysis were Frequency, Percentage, Mean, and Standard Deviation. Due to statistics used for hypothesis testing, the Independent Sample t-test was used to investigate the different between two independent groups while One-Way Analysis of Variance was used to determine the differenced between three or more independent groups. Least Significant Difference (LSD) was also used to determind the minimum differednce between any two means.
The results of the independent study revealed that personal factors about gender, age, education, salary, working period and position of employees in Government Saving Bank Zonal 2 in Chiangmai no differently affect the job performance satisfaction except the gender factor; males are satisfied with the performance charactoeristics than females at significant level of 0.023
The motivator factors about success of work, respect, job characteristics, responsibility and progress in job position did not differently affect the job performance satisfaction at significant level of 0.05 In the same diredtion with The Hygiene factors about policy and administration, supervision from the leaders and colleagues. Relationship, working environment, compensation and stability were not differently affecting the job performance satisfaction.
Besides, the result also indicated that the most motivator factor is respect. The most Hygiene factor is staility. In the overall sample were satisfied with the performance level. The satisfaction on the progress of works most of the factors. Relationship has affect the job performance satisfaction with job characteristics at significant level of 0.013
