Super sweet corns were intermediate ranging from 61.3% to 63.7%, and white waxy corn was lowest ranging from 21.3% to 33.4%. PWC5 of purple waxy corn was highest for DPPH values at milky stage (86.0 ± 4.5%) and silking stage (78.1%), whereas WWC1 WWC3 and WWC2 of white waxy corn had the lowest DPPH values of 11.0 ± 3.3, 15.0 ± 3.3 and 19.8 ± 3.5%, respectively, at physiological maturity stage.
