The orange was soo good. I ate it very slowly and enjoyed every bit. I made sure to chew it really well so my stomach would have less work to do. I waited about 2 hours to make sure there were no negative effects, drinking both a glass of water & lemonade in the meantime. Then I had the second half. So far so good. My stomach is calm. Whew! Hopefully this afternoon will go as smooth. Tonight I am making the vegetarian soup from Stanley Burrough’s official master cleanse book, though I won’t eat it until Day 2. I’ve included the Master Cleanse veggie soup recipe here.
I drank 2 more glasses of lemonade during the day. I felt good, no ill effects from the orange. For dinner I had ½ an avocado. That was even better than the orange. They call avocados the perfect food, plus they are very easy to digest.
I made the soup in the evening as planned & tried a little of the broth. It has a good flavor, so am looking forward to having this tomorrow.
