A much wiser man than I once said that life is suffering, Teera. What matters is how we face the challenges that life gives us. You shouldn't ignore the things that make you feel bad. Doing that leads to other problems and just makes things worse. There is a lot of negativity in the world, and it can get pretty discouraging. At times like those, it's good to try to remember the things in your life that are good -family, friends, your pets, your own health and talent, atc. - whatever you can think about that makes you happy. And remember that one of the other facts of life is that nothing stays the same. Just because you're feeling bad now, doesn't mean you'll feel that way forever.
