These egg tarts aren’t the best egg tarts I’ve ever had but they’re definitely highly ranked in my books. The crust on these are super buttery, crumbly and melt in your mouth similar to a freshly baked short bread. The custard is sweet, creamy and velvety reminiscent of a fresh crème brûlée. I personally prefer egg tarts with the flaky pastry instead of traditional pie crust, but, I’d still fux with these
