1) Building and matching daily transport plan to fleet supervisor and sub contractor
2) Coordinating with fleet supervisor to ensure all transport order are acknowledged and on time schedule
3) Provide tracking information to customer
4) Monitor sub contractor performance base on service requirement
5) Reporting sub contractor accuracy and efficiency
6) Maintain and tracking delivery schedule to ensure deliveries are met customer requirement
7) Liaise with customer and sub contractors.
8) Update customer on all situation that sill affect service.
9) Ensure documentation is accurate for weekly report
11) Follow and enforce company policies and procedures (ie EHS, HR. Safety)
11) On call for after hours coverage support when business need demand attention
12) Comply with the orders of superiors.
