A return can only be done by post. It needs to be shipped back to our warehouse with EMS tracking only (we are unable to receive any products that were not sent with EMS tracking). In order to do so, please use our online return form and follow the steps here. Before doing so, please also check our full returns policy here to find out whether your item is covered.
If you would like to return a very large item, please contact our Customer Service Team [click] to arrange a pick-up. Do not send the item back to our office address as we will be unable to process the return there.
If the mistake is on our side, we will be happy to refund you the delivery charge. Remember that the replacement item or refund will only be released once the product has been returned to our warehouse.
NOTE: Our online return form can only be accessed when your item has been delivered. In case you have already received your item but still see this message "Item not yet delivered" and cannot access the return form, kindly notify us at www.lazada.co.th/contact so we can assist you promptly.
