Principal Accountabilities
− Oversee the design of business concept and operating model to improve performance of existing processes or to support new products/service/operations within Customer Group and the connecting process between Customer Group and other Business Groups
− Manage the identification of business areas to improve performance and the development of solutions to improve performance
− Manage the determination of investment requirements, cost-savings, and benefits resulted from the improvements or changes
− Manage the project planning (including scope definition, detailed timeline, approach, risk and risk mitigation plan), the project execution and the project management (including communication with project team members and key stakeholders) according to defined plans and methodology
− Manage the quality assurance of assigned projects to ensure outputs meet defined quality standard and program / project achieves defined objectives and goals
− Manage the collaboration with other key stakeholders to discuss and resolve issues related to assigned projects
− Manage the overall project progress and the reporting of project progress according to agreed milestone, project issues and emerging risks to project steering committee to ensure all issues are resolved
− Support the implementation evaluation to make sure that the implementation meets the objectives
− Support the identification of improvement with inputs from project post launch review results
− Manage project expenditure, costs against deliverables and realized benefits
− Manage the collaboration with People Group on the project tasks related to people matters and training
