• Directly cooperate with marketing director to develop and implement programs to increase Spot Rewards card number and build brand preference and awareness for U-marketing and Tops supermarket in retails industrial.
• Work closely with Tread Marketing on trade promotion in order to achieve sales target.
• Developing tactical promoter incentive program in order to drive sales for specifics purpose, for instance, achieving sales target.
• Work closely with Demo-power to mange the workforce. Assist in recruitment and hiring of promoter girls.
• Conduct orientation, train, coach and coordinate to Tops Department manager and all associates in execution of daily tasks.
• Creating and implementation of KPI’s and supervision, monitoring of staffs’ performance for ensuring the highest level of customer service throughout the staff.
• Developed operation reports and records to ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures.
• Develop tailor-made promotion program together with sales and marketing department to achieve sales target.
• Managing and responding to ad hoc requested activity.
• Help solve problems that affect the service, efficiency and productivity.
• Planning and controlling expenses and payroll budgets.
• Manage Relationships with retailer and partners and brand manufacturers under the following area;
• Marketing operations execution including marketing program launch and logistics support on card acquisition and usages through U-Card related promotions. Specific tasks are scheduling, stock management, and service standard enforcement.
• IT operations execution including hardware and software.
• Establish reporting and feedback tools to ensure that retailers are able to understand measure and make recommendations for the overall success of the program.
• Manage the 5 touch points, within the retailer environment.
• Support the day to day operational requirements of retailer partner.
