Definition: Cheek augmentation is done for people with low and narrow cheekbones to restore volume to the mid-face and recreate youthful contours. The augmentation maybe in the form of Silicone or ePTFE.
Procedure: The surgeon will make an incision inside the mouth or underneath the lower eyelashes and place the silicone on top of the original cheekbones. The incision will carefully stitched and don’t need to be removed since the material used is dissolvable.
Duration: 1-2 hours
