• Taking responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment for all levels and hiring to all Head Office
• Preparing notices and advertisement for vacant position, schedule and organize interview, contract reference check on possible candidate
• Planning channels and media sources, such and Employment office, Institute, website ,job fair , and etc. to surve company requirement in the appropriate time
• Improving and develop recruitment process and hiring process to be the most effective for entry level to executive level positions
• Planning and controlling budget for the recruitment
• Creating database of potential candidate in each field to support manpower required
• Negotiating with candidates about compensation and contact with recruitment agencies
