HRD Officer (Training)
Job description:
1. Control and Monitor Operation training system.
2. Manage trainer Leader , Trainer and star operator to support operation run.
3. Monitor and improved knowledge and skill of trainer and Star operator.
4. Train all process and all basic knowledge
5. Assist / instruct Trainer Leader, Trainer and Star operator to perform training activity.
6. Maintain training system. (Monitor and alert to star to perform as system required)
7. Collect and monitor operator performance report.
8. Create training aids
9. Collect and update WI & OPL which concern to each operation
10. Prepare and training course and facilitate training class room.
11. Co-operate with concerned dept to operate training class room.
12. Monitor and Analysis training report .
13. Filing and Manage training document system.
14. Follow up and control special jobs from up line assignment or direction
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Any fields.
• Experience 0 - 5 years
• Good Command of written and spoken in English
• Excellent time management, performance management, and leadership skills
• Good command in English (both written & spoken)
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office
