How on earth have you managed to arrive at this figure, each and every time we completed on a sale we received a letter from the CJP that confirmed that we paid the outstanding CJP fees up to date, that letter was then lodged at the land office and copies of those acknowledgements can be viewed at the land office, included in the fees were illegal collections of VAT, VAT is a government tax and is illegal to collect if unauthorised to do so. I am now investigating the CJP fees that we paid in June 2012 for the 33 units when we brought the 17 units of Caldora up to date as they were approximately 2 years in arrears and the same for the balance of the 16 units which were transferred back to us, if it is found that VAT was charged on this as well, be prepared for a significant claim. We will now take it upon ourselves to notify all owners regarding the VAT issue as you are clearly invoicing incorrectly and to add insult to injury you find it appropriate to charge late payment fees. I have communicated with my lawyer and he is on annual leave until the 7th August, following his return these matters will be passed on to him and you will receive authorisation from me to deal with him directly.
