The liquid CO2 extract of fresh flowers was enriched with chief ben- zenoids such as phenol(3.6x), benzyl alcohol(6.2x), phenyl ethyl alcohol(32.5%), ani syl alcohol(3.0%), carvacrol(5.9%), E-cinnamyi alcohol(3.8%) The extract is free from solvent residues with little percentage of waxy materials and thus product is organoleptically superior.
