The reason you’re not able to retrieve room in SiteMinder for mapping is you property is not yet enabled for channel management on Revato. Kindly confirm if you wish to manage your rates and availability via SiteMinder and not manually like you used to do before.
If yes, then please be advised that we would be temporarily disconnecting your property from Revato network and would connect it back once rates starts coming through as expected from SiteMinder.
