SOP = Standard Operating Procedure
Just a term used to say standard procedure.
There’s no template for this. Basically it’s like a post-mortem summary of the event.
- Event name
- Summary of what the event is about
- Summary of what happened at the event
- Turn out for the event
- Pictures.
If the event update is to be uploaded on the website, then do provide a proper write-up that you are proposing to be used on the website. (No sales figures required)
If the summary does not need to be up on the website, then a write up in the form of the memo that I had sent you, with the inclusion of leads and sales figures will be good.
Usually events that don’t need to be uploaded will include our roadshows.
Events that should be on the website will be the customer related events.
