Let me please explain why we place a selling limit on a seller’s account. The reason why we have this policy in place is that we want all our sellers to go through this training phase to get to know the basics of selling and managing their sales. This is very similar to the old saying about "learning to walk before you can run", we don't want you to be overwhelmed by the amount of sales you might get and might not be able to manage. Which in turn might result to bad feedback and detailed seller ratings, and we do not want that to happen. We want you to be experts in all the things related to selling here on eBay
We understand that you may be disappointed about the limit on your account. Since you requested for a higher selling limit, I then immediately completed an additional review of your account, and at this time, we've decided to let you work on your current limits first.
This is for the reason that we just recently increased your selling limit on November 5th because of your outstanding sales performance and the 30-day time frame discussed in our previous email message has not yet expired. But you don’t have to worry because we can definitely conduct another review on December 5th and see if an increase would be best for your business.
I know that it's frustrating to reach your selling limits when your sales are going well and you want to continue to grow your business. But we encourage you to continue to build a positive selling history on eBay and to follow all selling policies. You can also monitor your performance in your Seller Dashboard to ensure that you are maintaining your excellent service to buyers, and keeping your account in good standing.
This should provide enough time for some recent transactions to be completed and Feedback received. At that time, we'd be happy to review your account and, if possible, adjust your selling limit to allow additional activity to take place.
