The plaintiff claimed the following:
Unit price had been determined by considering features and differences among
subcontractors, such as types of products, transaction volume, size, and quality, and set by
individual negotiation22. The price of battery chargers, which became an issue in this case,
was also set by individual negotiation. The unit price had not been discounted at the uniform
rates of 6.6% and 9.8%, respectively. These figures were only the average discount rate of
unit price per industry and item.
