The results of this study indicate that tourists’ satisfaction with casinos is not dominated by integrated satisfaction within an integrated resort, but it plays an important role in influencing visitor loyalty (total effect = 0.205). Macau overtook the
LasVegas Strip in terms of gambling revenues in 2007 and its impressive gambling facilities attract tourists to visit casinos even though many tourists are non-gamblers. Despite the fact that many tourist sindulge in only a small amount of gaming or simply refrain from gaming, transaction-specific satisfaction in the casino experience provides a great impact on tourist loyalty toward an integrated resort. Therefore it is suggested that casino operators should focus of visitor satisfaction with gaming room services by increasing the variety of games, maintaining the physical facilities of the gaming areas, developing a nice atmosphere and improving staff attitudes.
