The undersigned further declare that the shelf life of Canned Aloe Vera can be extended more than 1 year (12 months) to be 18 months from the production date when the products are kept and treated in ambient storage condition or below temperature 25-30 o C. Anyway, the quality of the product at the end of one year shelf life kept with this condition might be slightly changed; for example, the texture will be softer, color will be darker and flavor, odor will be lighter or the can are been corrosion. Therefore, the product quality at the end of shelf life shall be considered to accept by customer. However, the product quality in term of microbiology is safe for human consumption when they are kept and treated at good condition.
