2.3.2. Determination of moisture content
The moisture content of A. bisporus samples was determined by a
gravimetrical method. The samples were dried at 70 °C after MVD
until they reached aweight that remained unchanged for 60min; thereafter,
the samples were dried at 105 °C (for approximately 5 h), and the
drymatter contentwas quantified. Themoisture contentwas calculated
using the dry basis as shown in Eq. (1).
