as already explained in previous mails, after a repair you are able to raise a warranty claim. You respectively the BA (Subhasis Kar) has to apply for warranty (open warranty card, open case in Sales Tools,…) and also has to describe the activities which leaded to the assumed warranty, only after that the warranty case will be declined or accepted, further explanation regarding how to handle warranty please ask your relevant warranty officer.
Platform extension cylinder (L/H): as you already mentioned, this cylinder was repaired many times locally. We cannot give warranty to locally repaired cylinders.

what is the situation now? How often to you fill up the grease pump/grease pot?
Can you send a picture from the situation now?
Are you sure you feel confident enough to do the repair/exchange of the sealing situation?
