About the Role
Working at Cloud in one of our project teamthe CRM business analyst is at the core of our company work. In charge of analyzing our customer company processes, data and workflows and making the bridge between the business and the software. This role also involves developing / using skills in CRM setup and configuration.
As a business analyst you will be working on local and international project, with possibilities to work on Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong and China. Traveling is not required but offers you exposure to different markets and enables you to develop new knowledge.
Understanding business problem and providing technology solution is at the core of the position. A strong problem solving capacity is required to succeed in the role.
Operational Duties:
Analyse our customer business and develop relevant solution and architecture.
Present solution to our customer and ensure required polishing and adaptation
Ensure efficient deployment in our customers environment
Communicate issues and roadblocks to your manager as soon as possible
Review and ensure the quality of the solution before delivering.
Work on coding or with developers to provide code where required ( 10% of the work)
Support his colleagues in their work and act as a team player in the resolution of problems
