Written communication:
AS with oral communication, there are many types of written language. This is especially true in business writing where a memorandum,e-mall, letters, reports and so on, all have their own conventions. We may know what to say, but having to write the information in particular way can prove difficult. If the writing is lengthy, such as a manual or company report, there are even more problems. The information we want to communicate hasd to be organized in way that it can be easily read and understood, even though the document may deal with complicated issues. Often, our organizational ability is as important as use of words in written communication.
