I see from his customer list that they are mostly %star hotels of hinge franchise.I am still not clear what is expected from the food stylist for our Foodwave. Please clarify asap.
WE are not Regents or Au Bon Pain nor Dunkin Donuts. Nor is our marketing going to match that budget. He is definitely a good stylist, and can make a plate of food look good in a picture, But how does it benefit us without increase in marketing and advertisng???
If you say that you will advertise, why choose 15 dishes at Bt 1500 per dish?You will not advertise 15 indian dishes.
Also he has not done any Indian dishes. I am sure he will manage but many a times the stylist ail add to the cost of the plate which increases the cost and no increase in return.
But if you insist in using him, please DECREASE the number of dishes . May I also have the list of 15 dishes that you were thinking of styling??
