KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate and support fundraising activities, internal stakeholders and consultants / suppliers who are engaged with supporting the fundraising activities.
• Manage and administer the day to day running of the Foundation providing general office support.
• Administer a small payroll and liaise and co ordinate with wider HR functions of Oxfam
• Maintain accurate monthly financial records of income and expenditure and reconciliation with bank statements and external inputs
• Support in monitoring the performance of core fundraising campaigns
• Provide other related admin support in reporting , publications and internal communication
• Prepare various management communications / updates and ensure that relevant information is shared across teams.
• Support the Head of Fundraising in external relations.
• To carry out any other reasonable requests from the Head of Fundraising to support the objectives of the team
