The research provides an understanding of what organic food packaging comprises of. This is accomplished by viewing and analysing packaging elements from a perspective different from the consumer‟s one. The study examines packages that have already been designed by managers and it finds that there are typical packaging characteristics in those packs. This shows that there are standard packaging characteristics of the already launched products. However, existent research has not identified them yet. That is what makes this bachelor thesis innovative and distinguishes it from any other research in packaging design of organic food products.
