The amount of children and teenagers getting overweight are increasing steady everyday. The causes of overweight are that people nowadays don't really care about the food they eat nor exercises. Most of them choose the food that is delicious without focus on the disadvantages of those foods. The problems of getting overweight are health problems and the person’s personality. The health problems are hearth disease, high blood pressure, stroke, abnormal blood fat, metabolic syndrome, cancer, osteoarthritis, etc. Also overweight will give us bad personality; an unconfident personality or their personality may change from an active person to a shy person. The solutions to decrease the amount of overweight children and teenagers are something that is very simple, but it will work better with an inspiration! First, you should care your personality – always keep your body fit and looked good. Then start to work out for your more fit body; just 30 minutes per day is enough and remember not to stop the exercises even you are not overweight anymore. Also control the amount of food you eat each day. The overweight is very harmful because they affect to our health and personality. We should always keep our body balance by eating good food and always exercise! The people who aren’t overweight are good looking and attractive so, you should always take care of your body!
