Preparation:
1 Wash the tomatoes, blanch them briefly in boiling water, drain, remove the peel, the seeds and the water inside.
2 Cut them into cubes and collect them in a bowl.
3 Wash the basil leaves, dry them and add them to the tomatoes.
4 Sprinkle with oil, salt and pepper. Stir and let it marinate for about an hour.
5 Toast the bread in the oven, rub each slice with the garlic and add the tomato.
6 Serve the bruschettas warm or cold, as preferred.
