is one of the issues that should be solved. The purpose of

using low resolution images with the Meter Reading

Recognition system is to gain three advantages: less memory

size, less cost, and low computing time. This paper proposed

a new method for Meter Reading Recognition based on the

above discussed papers, in which a web camera is used to

capture input images.
