8.1.2 Format of general memo
Mostly different memo forms are provided by the companies with a memo’s heading. It provides information about who will receive the memo, who is sending the memo, the date, and the memo's subject, telling the reader what the memo talks about. Probably we use the word “SUBJECT” or “RE” (regarding). The subject should be a noun phrase, not a complete sentence.
Message in a memo should be brief and to the point. Also words and sentences should be easy to read and understand.
Salutation is unnecessary. The first line might or might not be indented.
