However, parents are not always aware of how much of this time is in the risky online behavior and Logical spent engaging. Many parents do not know what their children on the Internet to do, and children know that their parents lack this knowledge (Norton Online Family Report, 2010). For example, had the majority of online solicitations towards youth and a third of cases of online harassment remain not disclosed parents (Wolak, Mitchell & Finkelhor, 2006). In fact, after the Norton Online Family Report, 62% of the World's Children report a 'with' negative online experience, while only 45% of parents realize this.
