- Assist in design and implementation of end-to-end solution on sales performance measurement
to enable accurate and timely incentive payout.
- Provide independent but fact-base performance scorecards to measure and evaluate sales
performance and provide value added suggestions.
- Maintain standard data definition, dictionary and business rules and logic to ascertain
consistency in the derivation of sales performance management metrics across all business
streams to ensure a single version of the truth.
- Responsible for tracking and calculating results for sales incentive schemes.
- Ensure the highest data accuracy and scorecard calculation logics.
- Timely prepare the documents related to the incentive payout to sales person.
- Responsible for preparing forecast on a monthly incentive payout for
HR (Compensation and Benefits) and Business Finance.
- Develop business sales performance information dashboard to deliver valuable insights
to stakeholders in their management of human capital to drive more value, including
providing key information for the purpose of strategic planning.
- Continual provide the valuable information management of the end-to-end sales performance
process to reflect changing business focus and provide a timely response to new requirements.
