II. SPESIFICATION ANALYSIS & DESIGN PROCESS
Determination of the specification is done by studying
the need for parents and teachers from children in
kindergarten. Specification of the system is as follow.
1. Quality, where children have proper identification
and precised tracking with regular monitoring, also
convenient to use.
2. Effective and easy to use, where the system should
be easily integrated, has durable operating time,
contains lightweigh data for communication’s speed.
3. Analytic system, where the system has the capability
for data processing for later usage by teachers and
parents.
4. User-Friendly, where the system must be easily
understood by teachers and other target users.
Then, the spesific system specification for network and
application are pursed as follows.
1. Real-Time, which could detect changes in kid’s
position and activities data in around 1 second.
2. Precision, where the system is capable of displaying
data to end-users appropriately.
3. Flexible, where the system is able to be implemented
for a variety of conditions in kindergarten.
4. Multi-Platform, where the system can be accessed
from a variety of client’s hardware.
5. Easily accessible, where the system must be able to
be accessed anytime and anywhere from the side of
the parents.
6. OpenSource, where the implementation process
could be done at low cost;
