• A demo of BPV workshops, such as the agenda, AX process, and manual processes, will be presented in the next BLs meeting.
• Drafted weekly work stream progress report template has been presented, in which the concern over the visibility of the progress on each week has been raised as the report does not reflect the tasks that are expected to be done by each week. The final report template is expected to be presented in BLs meeting next week.
• GMA business leads’ comments on BPV preparation sessions;
• The business leads have raised concern on the fits/gaps list that there are still many duplicated and misplaced requirements among work streams. Therefore, CGI is requested to review the fits/gaps list to ensure that those duplications will be eliminated, those that share certain commonize will be identified, and the requirements are listed in the appropriate work streams before sending the fits/gaps list to the business leads.
• K. Kulachat has raised a concern that the expectation of week 8 BPV workshops and the approach are still unclear. It is suggested that the selected processes of each business cycle should be presented. The business lead in charge of each business cycle should have the complete list of selected processes. Duplications of the processes in each cycles are expected. Then, alignment sessions of those duplications are needed to be arranged respectively.
