The last time I spoke with Khun Jeab, about 4 or 5 weeks ago we were going to engage a dishwasher service technician to make the repairs at our expense, and if this is not cost-effective to replace the machine.
I'm not aware of any further progress in this matter.
It is in our interest to have the problem remedied without undue delay, but to ask for "immediate" resolution, particularly when the tenant is not pushing the landlord to fix the problem, is in my opinion, unreasonable.
When I return to Australia, after 7th April, I'll get back onto this.
