Ms. Sriwarin Jirapakkana, Director, inform the Meeting that the Company intends to close the Company’s bank account at Credit Suisse AG Hong Kong Branch and therefore propose the Meeting to approve the transfer of investment securities of the Company in the said bank to the Company’s account at HSBC Private Bank in order to prepare closing of bank account accordingly.
