The extracellular extracts of corn stover treated by fungal monoand co-culture were assayed to determine the lignocellulolytic enzyme activities. I. lacteus CD2 had a complete cellulase system and showed two peaks on day 5 and day 15 during 25 days biodegradation. A. polytricha AP had a complete cellulase system too. The activities of FPA and CBH of I. lacteus CD2 were higher than that of A. polytricha AP, but the activities of EG and BG of I. lacteus CD2 were lower than that of A. polytricha AP. Although the cellulolytic activities of two fungal co-culture were increased, they were still low (Fig. 1A–D).
