From our team discuss on case the Bacillus cereus out of spec. it could be rise from the contamination factors as follow: Air / Water and Package. However the water not used in our process.
Now our team took corrective actions by
1.Take cleaning program of filling head and retest by QC LAB
2.Sent the reference sample in that lot to ALS LAB for compare testing result with SGS LAB. I will share with you when I get the report on next week.
