Please be informed about Guest room 310 Mr. Thomas Leow Beng Yong, staying 1-5 December 2015
Guest arrived today around 10:30am and informed at the Reception that he took the wrong luggage from the airport
So he asked our resort host to contact the airport and arrange about the luggage, we called and got informed that
His luggage will be delivered at 13:00pm. Later guest came to contact at the reception, but the luggage has not been delivered yet,
So guest started shouting at us and we tried to explain that it’s part of the airport service that they delay sending the luggage
So we can only follow up for him and got informed that the luggage will take another hour to be delivered at our hoel.
Guest start getting angry and didn’t listen to us, only insist to get his luggage soon.
After his luggage has been delivered, gest called to ask us to bring it to his room,
And we informed that we don’t have luggage service so guests have to come and collect it at the lobby.
Guest came down, getting angry and would like to talk to manager, Khun Eddy talked to him and he said his child is sick
so he needs us to help delivering the luggage. Guest went back to the room and felt dissatisfied.
