Assist with the team performance and individual development through monthly
coaching conversations, preparing draft half year and annual performance reviews, and
participating in employee recognition and feedback
Actively support the ongoing development of all team members by contributing to
and influencing development plans with regular monitoring of activities
Introduce and maintain a team roster for undertaking daily front of house activities
and general day to day administrative tasks, e.g. banking, health and safety induction of
visitors and contractors, property maintenance
Assist the Area Manager to recruit, select and induct people with high energy, passion
and dedication
In conjunction with the Area Manager continually develop and recommend ideas,
systems or processes to improve the effectiveness of the team, customer centre and
Public Trust
Proactively share knowledge, experiences and best practices on trustee matters with
the team
Be visible and accessible for teams members and customers to build rapport, discuss
issues and help resolve concerns.
