Keeps updated with and study relevant laws and regulations i.e. Thai DCA, IATA and ICAO, then reports them to Corporate Quality Assurance Manager
Ensures Bangkok Airways’ corporate quality assurance process is documented, communicated and adequate to all concerned
Ensures all operations are conducted in compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Coordinates, and when appropriate, participates in quality audits of each department/division by planning and monitoring the audit process
Reviews and maintains effectiveness of the corporate quality assurance system
Oversees determination of need, changes and implementation, and maintenance of the quality assurance process
Ensures all findings are attended to and corrective action plans approved and followed in appropriate time and manners
Monitors progress of ASQS system to ensure that all audit processes are attended to.
Plans and prepares annual budget and ensure approved budget is allocated as planned
Other duties assigned by Corporate Quality Assurance Manager.
